By accessing or ordering from www.yamie.in or purchasing at our offline store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.


 

1. Usage & Eligibility

  • You affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering binding agreements.
  • Use of the website and services must comply with Indian law.
  • Sharing false information or fraudulent activity may result in termination of account and legal consequences.

2. Product Information

  • Descriptions, prices, weights, and stock availability may change without prior notice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, slight variations may occur in color, weight, and dimensions.
  • Lab-grown diamonds meet industry standards; certifications will be provided upon request.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only when payment is successful and (for high-value items) KYC documentation is validated.
  • Yamie Fine Jewellery reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, stock discrepancies, or pricing error.
  • We do not accept third-party gift cards or vouchers unless explicitly stated.

4. Price & Weight Variations

  • In prepaid orders (online or offline), if final weight differs from the listed weight, we will adjust charges accordingly—refund or additional payment as needed 

5. Cancellations

  • Online orders can be cancelled before invoicing. Once invoiced, cancellation is not permitted.
  • A pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2.0% of total value applies; 98% will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business day.

6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Returns are accepted only for non-customised jewellery (excluding coins, bars, gift cards, or customised pieces)
  • Customer must video-record the return packaging and handover process, and ship via our authorized logistic partner. Return charges will be born by the customer.
  • Post successful QC checks on weight and condition, refunds are processed within 10 working days. A 2% processing fee is deducted; remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method or wallet .
  • Silver jewellery, coins, bars, gifts, and customised pieces are non-returnable .

7. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Tracking details will be provided via email or SMS upon dispatch.

8. Liability & Warranty

  • All product quality checks are performed before dispatch. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; maximum liability is the paid amount .
  • Website content is provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy or reliability 

9. User Responsibilities

  • All user-submitted content must comply with law and not infringe third-party rights.
  • Unauthorized actions (viruses, hacking, spamming, reverse engineering) are prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and remove content at our discretion 

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site is owned by Yamie Fine Jewellery and protected under Indian copyright laws.

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify Yamie and its affiliates from all liabilities arising from your use of the site, breaches of these terms, or violations of third-party rights

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

13. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend any part of the website or Terms without notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of revised terms .
