1. Delivery Coverage
We currently ship to most pincodes within India through our trusted logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery may require 7–20 business days for production before dispatch.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹10,000.
- Express Shipping (if available): Additional charges may apply.
- Exact charges (if any) will be shown at checkout or informed at the store.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or special zone deliveries may take longer
Note: These timelines are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or local regulations.
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking ID.
- You can track your order through the logistics provider’s website or by contacting our customer service.
6. Packaging & Insurance
- All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof packaging with discreet outer labels.
- Every shipment is fully insured until it is delivered to you.
- Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with or damaged. Report to us immediately.

8. Missed Deliveries
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts.
- You may also be contacted to reschedule the delivery.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Yamie Fine Jewellery is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or pandemic restrictions.
