Cancellations

Online orders can be cancelled before invoicing. Once invoiced, cancellation is not permitted.
A pre-dispatch cancellation fee of 2.0% of total value applies; 98% will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business day.

Return & Refund Policy

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
Returns are accepted only for non-customised jewellery (excluding coins, bars, gift cards, or customised pieces)
Customer must video-record the return packaging and handover process, and ship via our authorized logistic partner. Return charges will be born by the customer.
Post successful QC checks on weight and condition, refunds are processed within 10 working days. A 2% processing fee is deducted; remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method or wallet .
Silver jewellery, coins, bars, gifts, and customised pieces are non-returnable.
